The Â鶹appÈë¿Ú Fire Department will host a training event for regional EMS students on Monday (Sept. 15). Activities will take place all day in and outside . One or two ambulances will be stationed nearby and there may be role-players with simulated injuries outside.
The approximately 60 participants are EMS and paramedic students from the Â鶹appÈë¿Ú EMS Educational Program and from EMT programs in Sacramento, Glenn and Butte, and Contra Costa counties. They will be practicing responding to a mass casualty incident.
